VISION, MISSION AND GOALS:

Why is the Youth Leadership Forum being conducted?

The YLF is designed to nurture and empower the youth of Sanchore by developing their leadership skills through mentorship, education, and community engagement. Our goal is to equip young leaders with the tools and mindset needed to drive meaningful change, ultimately contributing to the sustainable development of our community.

How will this forum benefit my personal growth or business?

The YLF program is rooted in the principles of high performance psychology, focusing on the intricacies of brain function, neuroplasticity, and the systems that propel us toward excellence. Each session is tailored to demonstrate how the brain can be rewired to achieve greatness, providing invaluable insights that can enhance both personal and professional life.

FORUM SCHEDULE, SPEAKERS, NEXT STEPS:

What will be the daily activities at the forum?

The forum will feature a diverse line-up of industry leaders, spiritual scholars, and performers, with Rahul Kapoor serving as the lead curator, facilitator, and master coach. A detailed schedule will be provided upon final confirmation of all speakers.

How can I stay connected after the forum?

Post-program support includes:

  • Participation in a 90-day Community Project.
  • Monthly sessions with Rahul Kapoor and other prominent leaders for the next three years.

How much time will I need to commit after the forum?

Following the program, you will be expected to work as part of a team on a community project, requiring about 10-15 hours per month.

Will I receive a certificate or recognition after the event?

Yes, upon successful completion of the 90-day Community Project, you will be awarded a ‘Certification of YLF Graduation.’

TARGET GROUP & AGE:

Why is this event particularly important for the 22-35 age group in our community?

This age group represents a critical period in life where individuals can significantly impact their communities through success in business, relationships, health, and spirituality. Thriving in these areas, they can lay the foundation for the future strength and prosperity of our community.

I will be turning 23 or 36 during the forum. Can I still register?

Yes, you are eligible to register if you are turning 23 or 36 during the forum.

SELECTION PROCESS:

What questions will be asked during the interview?

The interview will be an informal conversation aimed at understanding your dreams, aspirations, current skills, and challenges. We will also explore your expectations from the forum and your willingness to contribute to the community.

What happens after I am selected in the interview?

Once selected, you will be required to complete a Personal Transformation Questionnaire in preparation for joining the program.

What happens if I am not selected after the interview round?

If you are not selected, your deposit of Rs. 5,000/- will be fully refunded. Additionally, you will be placed on the waitlist, and should a spot open up due to a dropout, you will be notified to join the forum. Your application will also be considered for participation in next year’s forum.

TRANSFER OF SEAT:

Can I transfer my selection to someone else if I am unable to attend?

No, transferring your participation to another person is strictly prohibited. If you are unable to attend, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance. In such cases, priority will be given to individuals on the waitlist.

TRAVEL, FOOD, AND ACCOMMODATION:

Is transportation provided?

Yes, luxury buses will be arranged to transport participants from Mumbai to Nasik and back.

Can I plan my own travel?

While we recommend traveling with the group to foster team bonding, we understand there may be special circumstances. In such cases, you may travel independently, provided you arrive at the venue on time.

Will Chauviyar facilities be available?

The forum will serve only Jain food, and all participants are encouraged to eat before sunset.

Can you provide details about the accommodation?

We have arranged for your stay at Aria Resort and Spa, Nasik. Check-in will begin at 2:00 PM on 27th August 2024, and check-out is scheduled for 12:00 noon on 29th August 2024. Accommodation will be provided on a triple-sharing basis.

DRESS CODE & OTHER ESSENTIALS:

What is the dress code for the event?

Please wear informal but appropriate attire to maintain a conducive learning environment.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring basic toiletries, any necessary medications, an umbrella or raincoat (as Nasik’s weather can be unpredictable), musical instruments (if you can play one), laptop (will be very helpful), and other essentials.
